Global Perspectives

Optional Concentration

Study Away outside of the United States and incorporate multicultural perspectives into your academic journey by adding a Global Perspectives concentration to your Interdisciplinary Studies major. 

  • One semester of study abroad or foreign exchange outside of the U.S.
  • Two semesters of foreign language coursework at any level, a minimum of 6 credits.
  • Submit a Global Perspectives Declaration Form to the Undergraduate Interdisciplinary Studies department. On the form you  will be required to write a short essay describing how global perspectives are integrated into your Interdisciplinary Studies Goals Option major’s learning outcomes.
