Colt Testifies at House Committee on Energy

ā€œPeople will become an even more important grid resource acting as consumers, producers, buyers, sellers and stewards of electric energy,ā€ said ACEPā€™s Steve Colt during testimony before the Alaska State Legislatureā€™s House Committee on Energy on Aug. 14, 2020.
